Customer Tip: Add a Drip Lip!

Customer Tip: Add a Drip Lip!

If your dog pees near the edge of the machine or occasionally spills urine onto the floor, you can add a drip lip to the Original BrilliantPad Machine or make the drip lip on BrilliantPad 2.0 bigger with these easy instructions:

  • Apply a bead of Silicone Caulk along both edges of the platform
  • Let sit for 30 minutes
  • That’s it!

For best results, use GE GE5000 Silicone 2+ for Windows and Doors, which comes in a white tube with BLUE graphics. A 2.8oz tube is about $3. Don’t use GE284 for Kitchen & Bath, which has RED graphics, because it doesn’t work as well.
