The BrilliantPad Team is seeking a part-time SEARCH & SOCIAL MEDIA AD SPECIALIST that will be responsible for tactical execution of advertising campaigns on Google/YouTube, FaceBook/Instagram and other paid search and social platforms. 

Ad Specialist will set up and manage target audiences; implement prospecting and retargeting campaigns; be responsible for placing ads and tracking KPI’s and OKR’s.

Ad Specialist is responsible for managing spend — in aggregate, by platform and by campaign. 

Ad Specialist will measure outcomes and compare with target goals related to Spend, CPM, CTR, ATC, COA, ROAS, etc. 

Ad Specialist will evaluate customer profitability (COA, LTV) by audience, creative, channel and other attributes

Ad Specialist can tell stories with data clearly. 

Ad Specialist communicates insights and implications that arise from their analysis.

Ad Specialist will make tangible tactical and strategic recommendations for next steps to achieve goals and to iterate creative, targeting, spend, campaigns, etc. 


  • 5+ years Search Engine Marketing, Display and Paid Social experience
  • Proven track record of success working with small companies to maximize ad budget & meet KPIs
  • Prefered, but not required, Google and Facebook certifications.  
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize & other analytics tools
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize and Instapage (or similar LP tools)
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • High level of independence and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus:  experience with subscription business models
