Press the clear discs onto the plastic collar until you hear the click. Put plastic collar into paper tube. Drop into machine, put pad roll into paper clips and press the Pad Advance button.
Press disc onto plastic collar and listen for the "click"
Press collar into paper tube. Ensure plastic notch fits into paper cut-out.
Drop into the machine.
Pull the paper across the machine and tuck into plastic clips.
Press the Pad Advance button to advance the roll.
