Brilliant Pet 2 LLC warrants to the original purchaser that your BrilliantPad will be free from defects in materials, components, and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Machines used and maintained under normal household or professional conditions with genuine BrilliantPad rolls and parts.
Misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service or parts, or use of BrilliantPad with parts or products from other manufacturers.
If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the affected parts, or at our option the machine, at no cost.
Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at (312) 348-7915 or [email protected]. We'll provide a pre-paid FedEx label. Claims cannot be processed without an RMA.

To the extent allowed by law, Brilliant Pet 2 LLC shall not be liable for personal or animal injury, property damage, or incidental or consequential damages resulting from use, malfunction, misuse, or alteration of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, cannot be altered by any retailer or other person, and gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
