Limited Warranty and Terms of Service

BrilliantPad is designed for dogs under 25 pounds that already use traditional puppy pads at the time of purchase and for training puppies under 14 weeks of age.

All dogs require some training to adopt new behavior.

In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must provide evidence satisfactory to BrilliantPad of eligibility, including compliance with a BrilliantPad Training Plan for thirty consecutive days. BrilliantPad reserves the right to request additional eligibility information and documentation in its sole discretion. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorizations. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

BrilliantPad is not recommended for adult dogs that do not currently use pads. No refunds will be provided for any dog older than 14 weeks of age that does not already use traditional pads at time of purchase of BrilliantPad machine.

BrilliantPad is not supported for use by other animalsNo refunds will be provided to customers that use BrilliantPad with cats, rabbits or other non-dog animals. 

All BrilliantPad roll sales are final. Only unopened and unused packaged may be returned. No opened, used or partially used rolls may be returned or refunded. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping. 

BrilliantPad carries a Limited Warranty for one year from the date of purchase if used and maintained under normal conditions. Limited warranty can be extended to two years from purchase with product registration on the BriliantPad.com website

Brilliant Pet 2 LLC warrants to the original purchaser only that the BrilliantPad shall be free from defects in materials, components or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

We will replace or repair at our option major parts free of charge. Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents or unauthorized services or parts, or the combination of BrilliantPad with parts or other products provided by other manufacturers.

The original purchaser must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and ship the BrilliantPad to us using our pre-paid shipping label on our FedEx. Shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from any amount refunded. Refunds will not be accepted without an RMA. 

To the extent allowed by law, Brilliant Pet 2 LLC shall not be responsible or liable to purchaser or any other person for any personal or animal injury, damage to property or incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits or companionship of any kind resulting from the use of the BrilliantPad or any malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper use or alteration of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty applies only to original purchaser of BrilliantPad product and cannot be altered, enlarged or changed by any retailer or person whatsoever.

This Limited Warranty is only for the benefit of BrilliantPad products for the duration of the warranty herein stated. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
