When does BrilliantPad ship?

Most units ship from California in 1 or 2 business days. If you would like us to wait, enter a future shipping date. Most deliveries are completed 3 to 7 days later.

How do I handle unplanned pickups?

Keep a few BrilliantPad systems on-hand to cover last minute gotchas. If you send a puppy home with a BrilliantPad, order a replacement to replenish your safety stock.

What will BrilliantPad send my customers?
