My two dogs (Yorkshires) were using dog pads already. In the first two weeks, they were resistant to transition to the BrilliantPad. First, I tried to restrict them with a Pet pen, but they didn't recognize the BrilliantPad as a place to *** and didn't *** all day. I was almost giving up when I had an idea. I used a whole bathroom where they were using the pet pads for that. I placed the pet peds all over the bathroom and one on the BrilliantPad and let them use them. Every 2 or 3 days, I changed the pads and reduced one until I left only the one on the BrilliantPad. When the pads on the floor were used, they started to use the one on BrilliantPad. With this strategy, I could slowly transition my babies to use BrilliantPad - this process took almost three weeks. Also, every time they used BrilliantPad, I gave treats. I think the training process is similar to the training time of a baby dog. Now they are using it without any problems or accidents. It's so easy to clean - just clicking a button. It's a life changer. My tip for stubborn babies is- be persistent. It'll pay off.
My cat does not like litter so uses puppy pads. I had hoped she would like the Brillant Pad. So far she uses it only occasionally. But she is a cat so I will be patiuent
Ok my dog won't use it but one of my cats does
It takes too long to get a roll delivered. It takes almost a week and a half! I run out so quickly, too. Please ship faster
